We are the Bachelor of Arts in Religious Education Students also known as B.A.R.E students. We come from different places with different languages all over the Philippines. Though we are far from our loved-ones, still we strive to finish our course no matter what happens. Our main purpose why we are studying here at Sunrise Christian College is to be well-grounded in Biblical Teaching and self-supporting preachers in the near future. Sunrise, does not only teach us about Bible or other secular subjects, they also mold us on how to make a living, independently. We experience different difficulties here in SCC, like food shortages, allowances delayed and many more, but this did not stopped us. Rather, it served as “eye-opener” to us students here at SCC, making us realize that the world is not always bed of roses. We believe that after the trials we experience right now, we become better workers, equipped preachers and most of all a GREAT REWARD is laid up for us in HEAVEN…
